One room for rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is immaculately clean, and I would like to always keep it that way. Laundry is in my unit for convenience. I have a lady cleaning the bathrooms for me for bi-weekly.
I prefer a working professional or student, any gender is welcome. There is more than enough parking space.
Roommate is free to use the living room space and electronics.
